Can't login on the account panel

I can't find out whats wrong, I can login at the forum but when I try to login at the panel it won't work.
It even says "forum " in front of password and id, and still it doesn't work with the same account details

It seems your account has become unlinked with your forum account. What was your cPanel username? This may be because it was suspended and terminated for inactivity. We can check if you give your cPanel username.
