Can't login to account control panel

I get an error message when I try to log in to the system:

A fatal error has occurred processing your request, please try again momentarily.
The error code provided is: Unknown

Can you please investigate the issue for me.

my problem is also the same.
only the forum login is being accepted.

also a blank screen comes instead of cpanel when i enter into the panel.
