cant login to c panel

Ive tried changing passwords from my account panel, which I can obviously login to. I click on the c panel link and it says login failed. When I click on the c panel link its sending me to https://starka.x10hosting.com:2083/login/ my own domain is seangaule.co.uk and user name seanyg

I changed the passwords again, viewed the logs and this time it worked. I managed to login to c panel. Its very very slow to load though. Also my ftp client cant connect to the server. Is there anything I can do to get this sorted?

How do you PM people, I tried, says Im not allowed access to the page?

Top of forum page, you should see Settings, click on that
Left column, My Messages --> Send New Message
Once there, Recipient Users: is the forum name of who you are PM'ing

If you do not have PM's enabled, go to (left menu) My Settings --> General Settings and enable them.

Hello, what are you using for the FTP host?

I use dreamweaver as the ftp client and site builder. It keeps not connecting, after about 5ish seconds of trying to connect.
Its done this before but it sorted itself, this time its going on for ages?
