Can't login to Cpanel (moved from Fris to Boru)

I was moved to Boru during the big upgrade recently. I hadn't tried to login to Cpanel or FTP since then since I hadn't needed to update anything and assumed that the login would probably not have any problems. Well, I can't login to Cpanel or FTP now. I've tried using Boru's address, my compass.x10hosting.com address and my parked domain for access but none of them let me login (incorrect login, it said).

Can someone hit a magical reset button or something to get me back in. And no, I'm not suspended.

Hello,

It has been a common problem that passwords do not work as expected, they seem to have been messed up during the migration. The easiest way to sort it is by resetting the password in the account panel (x10hosting.com/control/login.php).

Could you please try doing that?
