Can't login to CPanel

Hi, I have a free hosting plan and since 2 months ago or so my blog just dissapeared but I was able to login into the CPanel account, i filled out a report and somebody told me to wait a week and all will be back but it didnt happened so i decided i was going to reinstall my blog but when i tried to access the CPanel it said my username or password was incorrect.
Please Help

Hello, you are required to change your password via the account management panel at http://x10hosting.com/control/login.php

The AMP is currently disabled until we sync our backend, which should be within the next 12 hours or so. Can you please submit a password change after about 12 hours and see if you can then log into cPanel?
