cant login to cpanel

i am having problem login into cpanel, whenever i input my username i.e lovedoc and my password, the page just loads and returns me to the login page. what should i do.

i have changed my password,now i'm told that i have been suspended due to proxies usage..i only tried to upload a file using cuteftp software...is that the reason i was suspended?

If you are suspended, you'd not be able to login, nor change password.

the file you uploaded may very well be the cause, if it is part of a proxy script that would surely be why.

This is against our TOS and also part of our zero tolerance policy. the account will remain suspendend.
