CAnt login TO Cpanel

I cant login to my cpanel my https://lotus.x10hosting.com:2083 , is the server down ?

Server is up.

I did however find your IP to be blocked due to too many failed login attempts. If you are unsure of your password you can reset that through the account panel, under "Account -> Update Password", if you are unsure about the username you can see that under "Hosting" in the account panel.
