Can't Login to CPanel

Hi, I kept getting a Login Failed message in my CPanel; may I know what should I do next to get it up and running?

Have you tried going to your account panel and reset your password?

Also do note that the cPanel username is NOT the same as you use for the forums.

When I did that, I was told to set up a security challenge... and I have not decided what's a good one yet
