Can't login to FTP

I can't login. I've searched and found nothing. I try logging in to Cpanel and FTP and they both say invalid password. The host name is malith. Any help? Thanks

Please try using the account management username and password to login to the cPanel.

Make sure you type the right password and username. and the ftp host should be ftp.*x10 subdomain*

I have the same problem.

Its nothing wrong at the consumer's end, its something wrong with x10hosting...

So far 3 hours of my day have been wasted just waiting for a fix for this... Great.

ok, the forum name and account management name for my site is the same. and ive made sure everything is spelt correctly. still no go.

You might be able to log in using your domain name url now. I used a little trick that might have solved your issue. http://slayrot.exofire.net:2082
