I got the email with my account info:

And the following links:
http://x10hosting.com/panel.php

Support for your hosting account is provided within our ticket system. If you're unsure of anything with your account, open a ticket with us and you will be assisted as soon as possible. Our support system is located at:

http://support.x10hosting.com

Here is a list of important links you should be able to remember while using x10Hosting:
However, the only login link that works for me is the forums.x10hosting.com link and the x10hosting.com/panel.php. The nowitnesses.pcriot.com:2082 and the support.x10hosting.com, my login doesn't work for those pages.

As such, I can't submit a help ticket. I installed Joomla into my root directory.

It's there, the script show it worked just fine. However, I get 404's on every page. Even when I specify index.php in the url.

Halp?

Hello

To login to the ticket system you need to use the same details as you do here for the forum.

I think your problem is related to DNS propagation, meaning the newly created address of your hosting account has not yet fully been activated all over Internet. DNS propagation can take up to 48 hours in worst case, usually it is sorted within an hour or two though.

Thanks. I'll check back in 48 hours.

Can anyone venture a guess at the problem with the 404's on all URL's? If it something I can fix on my end, that would be great.

if the dns propagation has not been completed that means that the url it self does not really exist, but x10 has set it up so all possible unused domains show the "Domain available" page.

The server that page is on is not the one where your account is, so until the DNS is updated the files does indeed not exist on the server the domain points to.

Ah, you were talking about the 404 and not why I can't login to the support forums. Thanks.

I still can't login to the support forums. When I try to register it says i don't have access to that page.

you do not need to register for the support system. using your forum user name and password should do the trick.

You are trying at http://support.x10hosting.com right?

Your site seem to work fine now :)

Yes, your site is working for me now, too.

All it took was to wait as suggested.

Lesson : listen to the good advice of LadyAnna!
