Cant login to hosting account & site down as well

we just want to know how much time the server transfer takes and is this process occurs frequently??
Our site is member based and we dont want our member go somewhere else when our site is down.. Hope to get reply soon

There is no set ETA on when the server transfers will be completed. I assure you that you will like it once it is done, the servers should be much more stable.
About your site not loading, what is your subdomain/domain?

well my domain name is http://www.guffshup.com. Currently we just have a page in a site which redirects to subdomain http://forum.guffshup.com .My server is in lotus, and it has been long my site is down, i m just worried that my site is down due to server transfer or something else. I also wanted how long it will take to resolve the issue, i m just worried because, i have been facing with lots of complains from my members about the site and they are thinking of diverting to other website like my site.

well still everything related to my account is down, i dont know its possible or not..can i get my backup of mysql database. ?? and please tell me when it will up, i m really upsetted by my site's members comments, i m on adfree plan and my server is on lotus.

i m getting nervous, when will it be working again? have left with no patience. I would appreciate if i could get the database backup for safety.
