Cant login to my account panel!

Hi

I have been trying to login to my account since quite some time, but as soon as fill my details on the login page (https://x10hosting.com/portal/login.php) and press sign in to your account, it takes me to a blank page. have tried several times but in-vain. pls help!

thank you, works fine now; but now when i m trying to install wordpress through softaculous i am getting this error: "The INFO.XML file could not be found! Please report this to the server administrator." and is the sql server offline currently??
