Cant login to my cpanel even with proper info

I cant log into my CPANEL, i used the right info given in my EMAIL address but still...

username:- nishanth
pass :--- CANT TELL!



PLEASE HELP!

the link to your cpanel may have changed. login to http://x10hosting.com/panel.php with your forum login. In the middle of that page there is a link to your CPanel. If that link doesn't work, you should try yourdomain.com/cpanel (replace yourdomain.com with your actual domain)

Did you try accessing http://yourdomain.com:2082, where yourdomain represents your URL (could be subdomain.x10hosting.com in some instances)? A lot of people got their websites moved to a different server, so you may not be able to log in to the cPanel of the server that you used to have.

Hi sneakpeak, I wouldn't recommend posting your email address here in the forums.

It won't be long before a bot finds it, & you'll eventually get inundated with spam.

Actually I made a mistake in my username. It wasnt "nishanth" it was "hunter1", my bad..

But in my EMAIL( when u 1st register at x10hosting, they send an Email with all your account info), in that Email my Username was "nishanth", but when I logged on to http://x10hosting.com/panel.php there it said my Username was "hunter1".
I am able to login to the Cpanel with "hunter1" as username, so nvm.


Sorry for the trouble caused.

One more question:-
Is there any way that I can change my username from the present "hunter1" to "nishanth" or "something else"?

The domain that is listed as your main domain in your account, is not the one you wrote in your post.

co.cc reports the domain you have set as your main domain (cc.co.cc) to be available, I suspect that is why you have problems login in.

over at co.cc you need to reg the domain and configure it to use x10hostings name servers (ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2.x10hosting.com)

hi x10 staff my problem is similar to already posted i cant login with my account..everytime i visit x10hosting and login my forum accnt it says 'The forum account you are logging into does not have an existing link to an x10Hosting hosting account.""..whats wrong with this my site is not even responding..i know that accounts has transferred but until now i cant login yet..i already submit my problem to support but all they say that my issue has been moved to server move issue and still no answers with my questions..i tried all suggested answer but nothing happens..

What action should i take with this problem? please help me Corey

Hi lucman_noor.

Site loading is intermittent at the moment during server stress testing.

Have you tried logging in from the Account Panel page ; http://x10hosting.com/panel.php

If successful, you can log in to cPanel from there.

If you have a setup problem, it's best to check your settings again.

Try to help yourself or ask help from others here for the time being, as staff are extremely busy during the upgrades.

Always read the News section to keep up to date with this sort of stuff. Eg. http://forums.x10hosting.com/news-announcements/98362-latest-updates.html. This thread has comments regarding the update thread ; http://forums.x10hosting.com/off-topic/98363-latest-update-news-response-5.html#post548581

Service is normally excellent here - & it's free. So please be patient during the upgrades.
