Can't login

Hi

I can't login to http://x10hosting.com/login.php?

it says

A fatal error has occurred processing your request, please try again momentarily. The error code provided is: Unknown

I can login to my control panel though

Seeing as how pretty much everyone else is having this problem, I don't see the point in you ;

1) Posting here to tell us the obvious.

2) Starting the millionth thread today on this subject.

im looking at the server status http://x10staff.co.cc/status/ and the whole lotus server is down

When server is down your cpanel will not open.

This problem is not because of server down....
This problem will get solved soon!!

This is incorrect. Just because you are unable to access your website does not mean you are unable to access your cPanel or files. There have been numerous instances when my website was inaccessible to the public, but I was able to log into my cPanel or transfer files through Webdisk.
