Can't make a backup of my website

Hello,

I've been trying for several days to make a backup of my website, without success. To reflect the new limitations, I set FileZilla so that there is only one connection. But a number of files do not download. The download bar freezes, then the software indicates again "421 Too many connections (2) from this IP", while there is only one.
Why the hell having imposed this limitation while everything worked?
What should I do now to download my gallery's 4500 files?

I finally found a way. I created an archive via Cpanel and then downloaded it from my browser.
We saw more convenient, but it works.
It would still be nice to do something so that we can use ftp.

The limitations on ftp connections has been around for years, it was already implemented when I signed up for free hosting back in 2007, back then I even think it may have been limited to one connection whereas it is now supposed to be two. I'll relay information so a higher admin can investigate why it would fail now however.

The limit is there to keep things at reasonable levels with the vast number of accounts on free hosting, allowing as many users as possible to connect simultaneously without stressing servers too much.
