Can't make website?

I am not sure where to go and make it, please help.

you are on the chopin server, so you can log into your cPanel at https://chopin.x10hosting.com:2083

Once you log in, you can go to the File Manager and put your files in the public_html folder to make them show up on your site.

Also, your Co.CC domain isn't registered - you have to go to www.co.cc and register it before it'll start showing up on your account. After registering it, set its nameservers to ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2.x10hosting.com
