Can't manage users with database

Hi All,

I've created a database and wanted to add a user to said database however when I go to manage users i'm just presented with a blank page. (Using Chrome.) When I tried the same thing with IE 10, I get the following error:

The website cannot display the page
HTTP 500
Most likely causes:
•The website is under maintenance.
•The website has a programming error.

Any ideas?!

Hi zonewars,

This is a known bug with the x10Hosting Basic control panel. Until this is fixed, please could you use the standard cPanel x3 theme to do this, by clicking "Switch to cPanel x3" in the top right corner of cPanel.
