Can't Open A File

Hi! Everytime I open an HTML file, it always says:

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access (insert file name here) on this server.
Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

The permissions of every folder and files are correct and I don't know what should I do next. I've already opened my site in an anonymous network. Please help!

The IP address you posted from has been blocked by the server, because it is a known spamming IP address and is listed on one of the third-party blacklists. If you are using a proxy, VPN or anonymizer, please try disabling it.

Hi! Thanks for replying! I do not use proxy, VPN. I have already disabled and uninstalled my anonymizer. How can I solve this problem? Please, help me!

This checks if it's able to reach the server. It does not check the HTTP response code.

I've already confirmed that the server/website is working but in my local network, I can't access it. Even in wireless devices, laptops or personal computers. Help!
