In cPanel X, when trying to "Create a New Parked Domain" named stickers-signs.com which is registered at GoDaddy, I get the error "Using nameservers with the following IPs: 208.109.255.18,216.69.185.18 Sorry, the domain is already pointed to an IP address that does not appear to use DNS servers associated with this server. Please transfer the domain to this servers nameservers or have your administrator add one of its nameservers to /etc/ips.remotedns and make the proper A entries on that remote nameserver."

My hosted site is located at http://obieron.x10.mx/wp/

I'm using GoDaddy's DNS Manager and my settings are shown by clicking the link below:
http://obieron.x10.mx/DNS/DNS Manager - Zone File Editor.htm

I've tried several changes in DNS Manager, waiting for appropriate time for changes to take affect but with no success. Also tried several of the fixes listed in threads relating to similar problems.

Could someone please point me in the right direction?
I have a free x10 account but plan to go premium ASAP.

Thank you!

Did a look up on your domain, it does not currenly report as using our name servers (which is required for you to be able to add it) see: http://www.intodns.com/stickers-signs.com
You'll need to verify that the name servers is indeed set to ours, you should not have any others set.

Thank you for that!
Wish I could get rid of the other two NS's that aren't x10 ... GoDaddy's DNS Manager has them as "read only"

Talk to Godaddy.
There is no way that you should not be able to set the NS correctly.

It seems my main problem was related to forwarding ... GoDaddy was very helpful and thank you Anna and Grim for your help! ... see GoDaddy below:

"Thank you for contacting Online Support. I understand you are writing in about configuring your domains DNS.
CNAMES can only point to Fully Qualified Domain Names. This means you cannot have any sub directories. If you wish to forward your domain name to "obieron.x10.mx/wp" you would simply need to enable domain forwarding.
Domain name forwarding lets you automatically direct your domain name's visitors to a different website."
To Forward Your Domain Name
  1. Log in to your Account Manager.
  2. Next to Domains, click Launch.
  3. Select the domain names you want to forward.
  4. Next to Forwarding, click Manage.
  5. Click Update Forwarding.
  6. Select Forward Only from the Forward Settings menu.
  7. Click Edit.
NOTE: Forwarded domain names can take up to 24-48 hours to activate.
It took me a few minutes to find the place to Forward the domain but I did!

With all due respect, using domain forwarding is a waste of a purchased domain.

What URL ends up in the address bar when you go to stickers-signs.com ?

Call up Godaddy support.
Tell them you want to set the nameservers to x10hosting and you want none of them to belong to Godaddy.
There is no way that the nameservers are really "read only".
