I can send messages from my email inxxx@accxxx.xx

Strange... I'm using those exact settings and it works fine for me. It looks like the outgoing mail is the problem, specifically. I have it working in both Thunderbird and the GMail website (except my server is x12).

What program are you using?

I won't be able to replicate that because I'm on Linux and I don't have Microsoft Office, but maybe I can guide you through it anyway.

On this screen, is there an option for STARTTLS instead of SSL/TLS? The port they use in this picture is wrong. Also, make sure that SPA is turned off.

I tried everything but the problem is not in the email clients like MS Outlook, Mailbird Pro, Inky, Hiri, Thunderbird, SeaMonkey, Zimbra etc.

The problem is somewhere on the server or in the Cloudflare which may be forbids receiving mail from my account.

Proof: Everyone who sends an email to my email inxx@accxxxxx.xx will receive the same error message regardless of email software and operating system he uses.

I do not have any recent emails in my email inxx@accxxxxx.xx as well.

Thanks!

I see that you also have an axxx@ address, are you receiving mails properly on that one?

I think I found the problem, the domain was set to NOT use local mail (which would be fine it you indeed used an external mail option such as google to handle mails). I have change this so the domain now use the local option.
