Users are only permitted to have one free hosting account.
If you wish to have a new domain name the first step is to register a new domain with domain registrar.

Ok I registered a new account, do I add it to the add-on domain? Also I am now unable to log in.

Actually i think it might be easiest if you guys delete my account, and let me register a new one? I do not need my current web hosting and would like a new one.

You'd need to request deletion from the forum account attached to the hosting account.

If you do have another that also would need termination you'll need to login with the forum account linked with that hosting account and request the termination.

Also you should be aware that you are only allowed to have one hosting account.

To have the account deleted fill in this and reply:
cPanel username:

( ) Inserting an X inside the parentheses signifies that I have made all necessary backups of my free hosting account and will not hold x10Hosting responsible for any data I am unable to recover after my free hosting account is deleted. The X also serves as my digital signature verifying that I have proper authorization to request account deletion of the account specified.

Once you delete my account, am I able to register a new one? Or are you telling me that users are only allowed one account ever, or one account at a time?

One account at a time. You will be able to register again once the account is terminated.

Account has been set for termination and should be removed shortly.

When signing up for a new account, please do so after logging into the account panel to have it automatically linked to this forum account. If you do not do that a new forum account will also be created at the signup.

I am still unable to create a new account. I click the create account button and nothing happens. Do I need to wait longer?

Have you tried using a different browser?

Your old account is removed and should not cause any troubles at all.

I was able to register using firefox, wouldnt work on IE. Now when i log into the control panel and click a button, like the fantastico, or dns management, i get to the account log in screen. I then have to log in twice in order to get back to where I was. This happens everytime i click somehting in the control panel. This is the case on both browser types.
