Grrr so irritating i am registering for the 1st time on this website to get free webhosting but i cant register only what to do???? plz help me anyone

If it is the first time you try and register, that it would likely be the first one (accessing through a proxy) that stops you from signing up. Try without going through an proxy.

Note though that some countries are blocked from registering at this time.

i am using my broadband connection using dial up i dont have any other internet how to stop proxy or can u make me register??? ill change the pass then i realy need web hosting and this is the best ever as my friends from my country are registered in this

The blocks in place are recent, so your friend may have registered before it was implemented.

We do not currently have any way of creating an account for you.

Do you by any chance share the IP with others? If one of them would have signed-up in the past 24 hours, that IP would be temporary blocked in the system until 24 hours has passed since that sign-up.

From what I can tell, based on the IP you posted form, your country in itself is not blocked. And if you are certain you are not behind a proxy, that would be the only reasonable explanation.

Just to confirm that the information I get from the IP is correct, in what country are you located?
