Can't reset my password

So my account is old (2015), and I can't sign into web hosting at all.

If I go to sign up using my email it tells me my email is already registered.

If I try to sign in using the same credentials as the forum it says invalid.

If I try to reset the password via the web hosting page I never get an email (Gmail).

I'm not sure if this is the right place to ask, I was directed here by users in the x10hosting Discord.

They told me I needed an admin to resolve the situation?

Any help is appreciated!

i do not see any services related to your forum user name.
without any information we cannot help you.

if your account is old it is a good chance it no longer exists.
even if the old email is stuck in the old system.
yes it would have to be an x10 staff member that helps you resolve this
but it could be a while before 1 replies due to the free forums having mostly user to user help.

if you'd rather not wait, you could try a new email address when you sign up.
but this would create a new website account.

During sign-up, you would get the following message on the step that would attempt to create the forum account "This email address is already registered to the forum. Please use that user name and password".

Did you do as instructed and at that point during sign up enter the existing forum details (user and pass)? It is the step that attempts to register an account on the forums to be linked with your hosting, having a forum account on that email address means you will need to link that up by entering user/pass on that specific page.
