Can't sign in!! Please help!

Is there anybody to help me?? I can't log in to my cPanel. It says "Login Attemt fail!"
I have reset the password from control panel and even then I can't sign in!!!
Please help me!
My cPanel is at https://boru.x10hosting.com:2083/
my friend says that he has the same problem at cossacks also!

(we have noted the change in the appearance of cPanel login page. Why it is so?)

this a problem in all servers login to "https://x10hosting.com/control/?hosting" and click on "Log in to cpanel"
