Can't signup for x10hosting blocked says running a vpn but i'm not.

i got error code EF2581FBE6DE9ED98 it says i am running a vpn but i dont have any vpn running. not sure what to do.

This should be rectified and you should now be able to signup, as long as you are not in a country that is blocked from using x10 free hosting.
