Can't switch to cpanel

Hi I'm a new member and would appreciate any help. When I try to switch to cpanel, I just get a "1". How should I switch to cpanel, or can you adjust my account to I automatically go into cpanel? It appears there is a known problem with switching at this time based on other posts. Thanks.
