Can't Unsuspend my host

I repeated received the following message when I tried to request for un-suspension.

A system error occurred while processing this action.
Error Code: 82944911

Please let know the steps I need to solve this problem.

Hello,

I have started the restore for your account, it should be available in a couple hours. You might need to update the password, as it is a known issue that passwords does not work properly after migrations.

I'll close this ticket, you can re-open it by clicking "Administrative" if the account is not back in working order in 24 hours.
