Can't update my web page

Hello, When I sign in here it says I don't have a web page and I can add one, but I do. It is at http://ostbyfamily.x10host.com/index.htm I have updated my web page in the past using cutesite builder and now I can't do it. I have not changed any settings.

You can use the [ File Manager ] in cPanel x3 by clicking the "Switch Theme" button in the top right corner (after you log-in) - which will toggle you between [ x10Hosting Basic ] and
[ cPanel x3 ] - once in cPanel x3, you will see a icon for [ File Manager ]

Thanks, I saw how to do that, but I don't know what to do with it. Why do I get a message saying I don't have any web pages?

FTP Host Address = (your account's primary (main) domain) or (your server's IP)

BTW accounts on free-hosting server [ Level ] were moved to the new free-hosting server [ xo3 ] months ago

Hi ostbyfam,

I have added your website to the x10Hosting Basic control panel, and you should now see the various tools for your website (such as the File Manager button) rather than that error message.

However, @bdistler is still correct in regards to FTP. The "host address" must be your main domain name.

Sorry for being so dense, but what should my host address be now? Thanks so much for your help! Should it be levelx03.hosting.com ?
And what do I have to change the domain name to?
