Can't upload files to cpanel folder

From a fresh start of using cpanel, I uploaded my files to cpanel->public_html but it doesn't work. It just shows the upload complete progress bar but it hasn't upload any files at all. I tried to create a new file and edit it in cpanel, upload and it worked.

I had a friend who is also using this service and uploading files to cpanel worked for him. I don't know why it won't upload on mine. There might be some bug or the servers down?

hi,
when reading some of the posts, youd see many have been reporting issues
using FTP, e-mail & file uploading.
members cannot do to much about it.
As no one has any idea when/if support will be fixing the issues.

i can only suggest waiting a bit then trying again.

cPanel uploads through filemanager should now work properly, it does at least with the test account I have
