Hi 10Hosting,
I am new here and first of all, thank you for providing this opportunity for me to try your service.
my username: jclx10bz
I used filezilla to upload Joomla installation files to my ftp space which is public_html/jcl
I logged on to cPanel and used the file manager to MOVE all files under ftp folder (about 35.7MB) one level up which is public_html.
I created DB and DB users. When I typted in http://jcl.x10.bz
and tried to start the Joomla installation process, but I just got the default page. No Joomla came up.
I went back to the cPanel and tried access the file manager and started to get this message:
Sorry for the inconvenience!
The filesystem mounted at / on this server is running out of disk space.
cPanel operations have been temporarily suspended to prevent something bad from
happening. Please ask your system admin to remove any files not in use on that
partition.
What did I do wrong? or what I missed? The disk space I used is 35MB of 1024MB.
Thank you for your time!
