Cant use softaculous

I have deleted the site i previously had. I tried to install a phpbb forum, but i get a message i cant do this with the free version of softaculous. I tried to send in a ticket but it wont submit!

We recently migrated our Illuminated customers to a new server, and it looks like our new server was missing a Softaculous license. Our Management Team have now resolved this. Please could you try again now, and let me know whether you can now install your phpBB forum?

That's it! All fixed! The forum is up annd running. Thank you. Any idea why I couldn't submit a ticket?
