cant use typo3

i've installe typo3 cms in my root but when i access it, it show a 500 error. Please help me.

1. Make sure all your PHP files have permission 0755
2. Check cPanel --> Logs --> Error Log (not the error_log in public_html) for any entries that might show the problem.
