CDP Server Login Failure

I was unable to login to the backup page(from 'How to restore backups' in knowledge-base). I typed in the correct Username and Password and Server on the page http://zodiac.x10hosting.com/cp , but it just says that it was unable to connect.

Error:
Failed to connect to (10.1.0.42): Connection refused: connect

If need any more info, just ask.
