CGIs Don't Work

Since this morning my guestbook has been out of work.
I've check a few others' cgi pages, and none of them can work.
But out side the cgi-bin/ Directory, everything is fine.
Yet inside the cgi-bin/ Dir, it just shows me 404 error....
Does anyone share the same problem with me?

From inside the cgi-bin folder, you cannot view directory indexes. You need to directly call the script. Also check the permissions to make sure it is executable.

It is not his fault....

Chopin is messed up with cgi-bin at the moment. Maybe Cossacks too.
