change a domain

hi my name is jake and i need my domain changed from doji.x10hosting.com from doij.x10hosting.com

"doji.x10hosting.com" is showing "Domain Does Not Exist"

That would be because it can't be a *.x10hosting.com domain as we no longer give those out.

There's currently an issue with the tool we use to change domains and making sure they are properly posted cross all systems. There are other ways to actually change it serverside, but that could pose an issue with the portal showing the wrong information.
