Change forum name

I think the problem is my forum name - has a non alpha character. Can you please just change it to Clairev and not claire-v ?

It's not as simple as going into the forum admin panel, your forum account is linked with the hosting account and used in a couple related systems which also needs updating from the backend.

I have alerted an administrator with access to that backend.

Note, if it wasn't for the fact you are having issues with the name, we would not change it because of the linked systems that require manual update.
