i want to register again, unfortunately always rejected by the system. my country is indonesia, how to solve the problem (so i can register new one for free hosting)?.

It's possible that your country has been blocked due to abuse.
Also, each person is only permitted one free hosting account.

Indonesia, together with several other countries, has been blocked from signing up for free hosting due to past abuse from those countries.

The countries blocked are those that are represented the most by users abusing the service. This block is not likely to get removed any time soon.

Further more each individual would only be allowed to have ONE free hosting account, so even if you could sign up for another, that would be a violation of the TOS.
