Change my site domain name

I already have a domain name http://wordfight.in. I would like to use it instead of http://wordfight.x10hosting.com. can i do that without creating a parked domain.

Yes, by adding it as an addon domain in cPanel.

Nameservers: ns1.x10hosting.com
ns2.x10hosting.com

You can use it by changing the primary domain in account panel -->http://x10hosting.com/panel.php

As vigge_sWe said you have to set the nameservers and The propagation of nameservers may take 24 to 48 hours.
