I changed my domain from a subby to a top-level almost immediately after I registered my account early this morning, but it's been about four hours now and it's still in "Process wait" status. Is there just a large queue at the moment, or should I cancel the action & try again? Or am I just being impatient? =P

Thanks in advance!

I am going to ask an admin why domain changes are being queued for so long. Otherwise its still in the system so it will get to it.

I really hate to sound like a pest, but it's going on 12 hours now and I don't even know if anyone is working on this problem, or if any of the "admins" even know about it. I do know I'm one of several people waiting around on the solution. Does anyone know the actual status of the fix on this? Thanks.

I have been waiting 13 hours for a response to this. Someone else just had the SAME PROBLEM fixed within 20 minutes of posting about it.

Please CANCEL my account, I have already purchased hosting elsewhere. I'm a freelance writer and I am currently in the process of submitting three negative reviews on the horrible support here and I will use every SEO trick I know to make sure that everyone who researches this webhost knows what I have dug up in the past few hours - what I've learned about some of the "staff" here is a joke. I can't believe people actually PAY for this web hosting

Have a great day!

( X ) Inserting an X inside the parentheses signifies that I have not made any backups, because I never got to access my account, and will not hold x10Hosting responsible for any data I am unable to recover after my free hosting account is deleted, because there was never any data to recover to begin with, and if there was I couldn't access it to make a backup! The X also serves as my digital signature verifying that I have proper authorization to request account deletion of the account specified, but it doesn't really matter because you can't delete what doesn't exist, and I am totally aware that a pseudo contract like this is weak, redundant, laughable, and easily disputable under any system of law or regulation. 8)

Hello,

Unfortunately only higher level staff members have access to resolve this issue. If you're still interested i can put through a change manually. This is free support, you're not paying for it. You can't expect a reply within a couple hours/minutes. We reply to threads as best we can, and each thread might have special circumstances that make it much faster to resolve.

Our paid hosting support is totally separate from our free-hosting.

Do you still wish for your account to be terminated or do you want me to submit the change for you? If you want me to submit a change, provide the new domain please.
