I really hate to sound like a pest, but it's going on 12 hours now and I don't even know if anyone is working on this problem, or if any of the "admins" even know about it. I do know I'm one of several people waiting around on the solution. Does anyone know the actual status of the fix on this? Thanks.

I have been waiting 13 hours for a response to this. Someone else just had the SAME PROBLEM fixed within 20 minutes of posting about it.
Please CANCEL my account, I have already purchased hosting elsewhere. I'm a freelance writer and I am currently in the process of submitting three negative reviews on the horrible support here and I will use every SEO trick I know to make sure that everyone who researches this webhost knows what I have dug up in the past few hours - what I've learned about some of the "staff" here is a joke. I can't believe people actually PAY for this web hosting

( X ) Inserting an X inside the parentheses signifies that I have not made any backups, because I never got to access my account, and will not hold x10Hosting responsible for any data I am unable to recover after my free hosting account is deleted, because there was never any data to recover to begin with, and if there was I couldn't access it to make a backup! The X also serves as my digital signature verifying that I have proper authorization to request account deletion of the account specified, but it doesn't really matter because you can't delete what doesn't exist, and I am totally aware that a pseudo contract like this is weak, redundant, laughable, and easily disputable under any system of law or regulation. 8)
