changing server from starka to stoli

Hello. I am currently experiencing problems with the starka server and i hope that you can help me change my server to stoli.

Changing server within the free hosting server cluster is not possible.

Only ways to get on a different server is by upgrading to a paid plan, at the minimum Illuminated.
