Hey I own a x10hosting website. It is currently novanetwork.x10host.com but can I change it to DistrictMC.x10host.com?

If you can how do you do that?
If not then what should I do?

To answer the basic question, no, you don't have access to change your main domain; a staff member with high-enough access will have to do it for you. (That's not me.) From this point, it's a matter of waiting - posting your request here is "what you should do".
