It is against the Terms of Service to own websites in languages other than English, French or Spanish. Therefore, currently your site is breaking the Terms of Service as it doesn't offer a direct translation service in one of the three languages above.

Funny -- you had to check a box saying that you read the Terms of Service before you could sign up for a hosting account. That same ToS document also tells you that file hosting (including image hosting) is not allowed.

If you provide a direct translation then it would be allowed I think.

The below paragraph is taken from the Terms of Service that you read and agreed to when you signed up. It even has it's whole entire section on the subject.

Section 3 said:
3. Languages

At this time x10Hosting only supports English, Spanish and French websites on free hosting, these restrictions do not apply to paid hosting. Sites found breaking this rule will be permanently suspended.

Actually file hosting is clearly disallowed in the TOS as well, which includes image hosting sites, so the site is currently at risk of being permanently suspended, and it will be as soon as my system catches up.

Edit: Done. Ticket closed; if you bother to come back for a new account after your existing one is terminated, please do actually -read- the terms you're agreeing to, since you broke it by not having it in the proper language, and were running a file hosting service.
