My site mqdomain.x10hosting.com seams to still not be restored after the chopin problems.

Exactly what is the problem?

If I go to your siite I get a Forbidden error page.
Are you missing files, databases, etc?

The only way I know of for a user to cause this error is if he doesn't have a public_html folder on his account (accidentally deleted). Please also check if you can login to cPanel or access your domain via FTP.

If not, then I will escalate this support request to the administration.

cPanel response: "Login Attempt Failed!"
FTP response: "530 Login authentication failed"

Login here http://x10hosting.com/login.php and check whether there is any suspension.U can also change ur cpanel password from here

After the password change left pending status I attempted to login again on both cpanel and with my ftp client, both still give the same errors.

Edit: Also there is no suspension listed.
