Looks great in IE but it is flawed in FF. In FF your 2 link lists become vertical instead of horizontal.

I'm using FF and it's perfect.
Love the design, simple but effective.
I'd give it 7/10. Great work.
If you made the bar with "Your Website >>> WELCOME" fit to the end of the box it probably would look a bit better, having it fill the box not just randomly cutting off.

The only problem I get in FF is that 'Hello' is squished up to the top.

No it works for me and I'm in FF. Are you using FF2?

The main content area needs to be lowered a bit, its touching the navigation/breadcrumbs area on FF3 for me.
