My mail.mcse7en.com CNAME stopped working recently, and I have no idea why. It should be pointed at ghs.google.com but it's not any more. Can somebody fix this please? Thanks.

Also, I have a question:

Are the upgrade packages a one-time deal or are those yearly subscriptions?

UPDATE: Just noticed the upgrades page still says the login requirement is every 2 weeks. Might want to update that.

To answer your first question, I looked it up on http://www.hscripts.com/tools/HDNT/dns-record.php and it reports there are no CNAME entries. You need to wait for an admin to help and change this for you (although the next cPanel update will let you do this on your own through Simple DNS Editor).

To answer your second question, the Double All and Double Disk Space+BW Upgrades are one time payments.

Awesome thanks.

(And previously an admin had changed those settings for me, which is why I'm confused as to why they've stopped working now)

Still coming back as nothing… looking up the CNAME using the page in the original reply said there isn't one… maybe it needs time to reset. I'll try again in a few hours and let you know how it goes. Thanks.

No worries, also was it just mail that needs to point to ghs.google.com?

It's been about 7 hours (I think. Can't remember what time I opened this), and it still isn't working. Now instead of just saying it timed out, it says it can't reach the server, so the error message is different, but it still doesn't work. I'll leave it set on my Google Apps account for a little while and see if Google needs to do anything before it starts working.
