Co.cc Hosting Not Working

I set up a website (drawingboard.co.cc), used the correct name servers (ns1.x10hosting.com/ns2.x10hosting.com), and changed my main domain so that it reads drawingboard.co.cc in my account control panel. Yet I am brought this page: http://drawingboard.co.cc/cgi-sys/defaultwebpage.cgi
I need help resolving this issue.

You might need to flush dns and/or clear your browser cache to see it.

I was able to access your site with no problems. "this is the index page---not finished just testing it out for right now"
If you have recently set / changed the nameservers it is possible that propagation is not complete yet. Propagation can take up to 48 hours and during this time your site will work one minutes - not work the next minute and may be accessible at one place but not accessible at another location. It is also possible that there was some kind of temporary issue with the server that has now resolved itself. If you are still having difficulty post back and we will assist you farther.
