Come on X10hosting the Lotus server is useless at the moment constantly down every hour or so. Has been down at least 10 times today. Full of hope and promise with the transfer but things seem to be even worse. Whats going on.

I read the server alerts earlier and this problem has been ongoing for months not days. Lotus was problematic before the transfer and has been the same since the transfer. Clearing accounts from a server should not be causing so much down time so there must be other issues with this server still be it software or hardware. I cannot remember going one week without this server going down for one reason or another since setting up an account. excuse after excuse has been given but the situation has not improved. I think people on here would rather have the servers made more reliable rather than new skins on the forums which have made the forums very slow in loading. I know this is a free service but it just doesn't work at the moment. All maintanence and updates have to be done but it seems on x10hosting this is a daily thing and disrupts the whole service infuriating some of its clients.

I'm sorry, I must have missed you being on my staff. Apparently you know exactly how our servers run and what is going on. Since you know so much I'm surprised you're even making a thread

Also, learn how Linux servers, cPanel, WHM, and a bunch of other things work.

Don't tell Corey that things shouldn't be down when you don't know anything about them.

Oh, by the way; Don't blame x10 for your ISP's issues. Loading time is not x10, its you.

Server maintenance and upgrades. PHP recompiles. New modules and extensions, server move etc

I'm having so much downtime I'm seriously considering moving host. Is this likely to get beter??
