bonjour mon compte a été suspendu sans que je ne reçoive d'avertissements, le stockage de fichiers de jeu serait en cause. je n'ai pas eu l'occasion de récupéré ma base de données Mysql,
-comment puis-je obtenir une copie de ma base de données Mysql ?
-puis-je récupérer mon compte ?

Hello my account was suspended without any warning, file storage game would be at stake. I have not had a chance to recover my database mysql,
-How can I get a copy of my MySQL database?
-can I recover my account?

The warning is the ToS that you agreed to when signing up, this is the relevant part:

* File Storage: Accounts are not to be used for file storage, your account will be permenantly suspended if found to be breaking this rule. Downloads are only allowed on your x10Hosting account if they have to do directly with your website. e.g. you developed custom software and are selling it or giving it away. Accounts may not be used for mirrors, game file hosting, or any other type of file hosting not specified here.

(Bolded the most important part).

If I understand things correctly the game related files have been removed.

I can unsuspend your account, but please make sure that you do abide by the ToS in the future.
