i want to know if i can install a somewhat like chat box its called comet chat the demo can be shown here: MyBB Extras i want to know if i could use that or no it will be against the rule? thanks again. its a addon to MyBB.

Go to the Account Management Panel, log in with your Forum username/password and you will see:

Considering your Forum username, cPanel username, and domain name, did you expect the admins were not going to check out your site?
