You could try re-request the confirmation email loggin in you Account Panel (x10hosting.com/panel.php), if you've registered a wrong email, you can try sing up again

Somethimes our script have issues, unfortunately your account was not created sucessfully and you need to sing up again.

it is actually possible that the cause of the problem is that hotmail thinks x10hosting is spaming and thus blocks them. You're not the first to have problems using an hotmail address.

Do you have any other working e-mail? In that case we can change the one listed with your hosting account.

I have exactly the same issue but my email is not an hotmail one. I click re-send 10 times, but no email has arrived.
I will try to re-sign.
